I have to say I was having a rough morning today, I was discouraged and felt torn down and really bummed out over some trials that God has placed in my path lately. God knew exactly what I needed today……….
Flowers!
It seems like they are just flower’s, but to me they are so much more. They are my rememinder that God hears my hurting heart, and a remimder that He loves me. Isn’t God good?

Wow! What a day we had. Julie and I rushed to my Dr. appointment after work, that took a long time, while we were there we heard that it was snowing in Ramona. And then we went to Walmart to fill my perscription and get valentine’s day gushy lovey stuff. After that we finally made it to Nick’s At The Beach, where we met the boy’s. We ate dinner pretty late but all in all it was a very eventful evening. Then we came home to this.

Wow, it snowed today. It snowed today in Ramona! In sunny San Diego California, Ramona…….It SNOWED!!!!! Did I mentioned that it snowed at home today? It was WAY cool! It hasn’t snowed for maybe 10 years and that was for 5 minutes. Out of my whole entire life It has only snowed here I think maybe twice!

Sometimes we don’t always see God’s ultimate plan and how He will bless us. I love the way the NLT translations spells it out, “Do you not see the wonderful life I have blessed you with and all the miraculous things I have in store for you?”

Last night the junior high put on a Valentine’s dinner at church. It was nice, we had fun, and the food was good.
We had chicken green beans, and pasta.
I just got done reading “Grace in Thine Eyes,” by Liz Curtis Higgs.
It was part of this series.
These are by far my favorite books EVER! I highly recommend them. The first three out of the series starting with “Thorn In My Heart” is based off of the bible story or Rachael and Leah. These books are so awesome about God’s grace and mercy. It is definitely heart aching though. I am so sad I am done reading them. I cant wait for a new one to come out this spring.

So today I am still sick……………….after 10 days! Anyway to force myself to take it easy for a few hours on Saturday (of all days) I pulled out all the scrape-booking supplies. It’s been a while, but I warmed up to it in no time. It was fun. I busted out 5 pages! And guess what? I am exhausted. It didn’t help going grocery shopping, doing laundry, cleaning the kitchen, organizing the closet, and making the secret pal newsletter all afterwards! Maybe I should have napped a little or taken medicine or something.
And then,I had to clean up this………………….
