Vegas Babymoon

We went to Vegas for a few days to get away before he little one comes. We had a good time, we really did just take it easy….We relaxed by the pool most the time, and slept alot.

We also spent some time with Dad and Melissa while we were there. Kenny says he feels like a giant in this picture, lol…

We stayed at the Monte Carlo.

Right near us was Caesar’s Palace, so pretty at night time. The Bellagio water show is too.

We had a nice time relaxing and spending some alone time together. Definitely worth the effort of getting away, it was much needed.

Glen Ivy Spa Day

On Friday I went to Glen Ivy with Toni, and Aim. We had such a nice relaxing time.

Toni screamed a little when we got into the water, the water was warmer too…I’d say 70s. But it sure was funny…

We went and got all muddy at Club Mud. That was alot of fun!

Overall, a great day. We will be going back asap…guaranteed!

Beach Day

Kenny and I were able to spend the day together. It was nice, we packed a picnic lunch and headed to the beach.

We were there most of the day, its was nice and relaxing. I fell asleep for a little while, and was awoken by screaming teenagers (as there was a “senior day” from one of the nearby high schools)…lucky us. I really do like kids…LOL, just not all of them….hahaha. (that was an interesting conversation in and of itself that we had today).

Anyway, afterwards we went home to grill some kick-in steak. Yay bean! It was so good, which is weird, I haven’t thought beef tasted any good since before I got preggos. My oh my how the taste can change on a dime! All in all…one great day:)

Backyard BBQ

What a perfect day! It’s been such nice warm weather that we decided it was time to bust out some bbq’in! We sat out in the sun, and enjoyed the weather, ate some grubin’ food, and played cards. Even Scout seemed to enjoy it.

We had watermelon, teryaki chicken, rice, and corn. Mmmmm mmm!  I love me some summer time, this is what it’s all about :)

Brr, It’s so not warm today!

They said that it should be in the 80’s today, but I am freeezing! The only time I was warm was during and after run, that was it. Other than that Ii have been soooo cold. I looked over at Scout today, and he had the right idea. I found him laying in the only spot of sun in the house….

At one point today, I was dressed and presentable. But after feezing all day, I changed back into the sweats and Uggs, haha!
